  When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and
  now every time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact
  same comment. Is there a means you are able to remove me from that service?

  However, consider this, suppose you wrote a catchier post title?
  I ain't suggesting your information isn't good, however what if you added something that grabbed people's attention? I mean Dulf is kinda boring.
  
  You could peek at Yahoo's front page and see how they create post headlines to get people
  to open the links. You might add a related video or a picture or two to grab readers interested about
  everything've written. In my opinion, it would make your posts
  a little bit more interesting.
